Bob Frappia showed us houses over several weekends.
He had done his research on our behalf and only showed us houses we could be interested in.
Everything was well organized so it would save us time .
Once we found the house he went to bat for us and wrote a letter to the seller that might very well have been the reason we got the house.
Bob is a former fireman and an athlete .
The care ,drive and determination one needs to do one and the other ,he now applies to his new career.

Bob was able to get me the most amazing house with an excellent price on a really hot real estate area in Napa. Bob skills and knowledge got this difficult purchase since the house was in court, with multiples interest over the house. He was really diligent to get all necessary inspection on time to get the house. If I did not have Bob on my site during this purchase I would have lost this house and I would not be able to get any property in Napa. I really thankful for his work and really recommend him for any real estate business.
